This document is a general guidance on the GMDSS radio survey which will be helpful by the mariners, safety officers, surveyors. Refer to the SOLAS, all ships with 300 GT and above (other than ships types which specified by the convention) shall fulfil all mentioned requirement which pointed in this article.
Ban on Use of Anti-Fouling Systems Containing Cybutryne
At its seventy-first session in July 2017, MEPC approved a new output to amend Annex 1 to the AFS Convention to include controls on cybutryne. While work on this matter is ongoing in the Sub-Committee on Pollution Prevention and Response (PPR), the scientific data presented so far indicates that cybutryne causes significant adverse effects to the environment, especially to aquatic ecosystems.

Indian Ocean Memorandum Of Understanding On The PSC
The Indian Ocean Memorandum of Understanding (IOMOU) on port State control (PSC) in the Indian Ocean region was finalized on the basis of the first preparatory meeting held in India in October 1997 and the second meeting in June 1998 in South Africa. Recovery of persons from the water

Guidelines for implementation of the ISM code by companies
The International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention (International Safety Management (ISM) Code) was adopted by the Organization by resolution A.741(18) and became mandatory by virtue of the entry into force on 1 July 1998 of SOLAS chapter IX on Management for the Safe Operation of Ships.
The purpose of this Code is to provide an international standard for the safe management and operation of ships and for pollution prevention.
Commissioning Testing of Ballast Water Management System
The purpose of commissioning testing is to validate the installation of a ballast water management system (BWMS) by demonstrating that its mechanical, physical, chemical and biological processes are working properly.
Commissioning testing is not intended to validate the design of type-approved BWMS that are approved by the Administration. This article is prepared based on the 2020 Guidance for the commissioning testing of ballast water management systems.
